A&G Camper Rentals - Rates and Requirements
Pop-up Camper Rates
- Weekend- $270.00 (Fri., Sat., Sun.) or (Thurs., Fri., Sat.), Extra Night- $75.00
- One Week- $570.00 (7 nights), Extra Night- $75.00
- One Night- $95.00 per night
- $50.00 setup/tear down fee per unit
- $ .30 per mile delivery/return fee
Campfire Wood
- $22.00 a rank of firewood 5 ft. long and 22 in. high. One rank usually will last 5 days. Delivered and ranked for you at your fire pit when your unit is delivered.
Rental Requirements
- $200.00 deposit due at time of reservation. Applies to rental rate.
- $300.00 refundable damage deposit is required at pickup ($200.00 if we setup/deliver.)
- If cancelled more than 30 days in advance of your rental date, $150.00 of the deposit will be refunded.
- If cancelled within 30 days to 8 days in advance of your rental date, $100.00 of the deposit will be refunded.
- If cancelled within 7 days in advance of your rental date, no deposit will be refunded.
- Prior to picking up your rental we must either see your vehicle in person or you must email us pictures of your wire harness and plug. To safely tow the Pop-Up Camper, the camper must be level with your hitch on your vehicle.
- We accept cash, check, money order, or cashiers check. All balances must be paid in full before you pick up or we deliver. You must provide photo ID and proof of insurance must be provided if you will be towing the camper yourself.
- Please return the camper in the same condition as you rented it. Cleaned and undamaged or there will be a charge applied.
- A $300.00 fine will be charged if smoking occurred in camper.
