All Units are regularly maintained, thoroughly cleaned, smoke free and pets are welcome. (Please keep pets off of upholstered areas)
We will drop off, set up, and pick up

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for your water usage.WE DO NOT RETURN TO REFILL YOUR FRESH WATER, OR EMPTY YOUR FULL GRAY OR BLACK WATER TANKS. PLEASE PRACTICE WATER CONSERVATION.
IF YOU HAVE WATER COMING BACK INTO THE TUB--YOU'VE USED TOO MUCH WATER AND THE GRAY WATER TANK IS NOW FULL.
IF YOU TERMINATE YOUR RENTAL EARLY AND LEAVE BEFORE THE END OF YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE, NO REFUND IS GIVEN TO YOU.
PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF AND ASK ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT THE OPERATIONS OF A CAMPER BEFORE YOUR TRIP.
